Podium Coach is designed to help you improve your debating, but we also want you to understand exactly what happens with your audio and transcripts.
When you record a speech, the app saves the audio file locally in your workspace so it can be transcribed and analyzed. The transcript and coaching feedback are then stored with your account so you can review past sessions and track progress over time.
Your data is tied to your account and is not made public by default. The app is intended for personal practice, coaching, and judging workflows, and recordings are not shared automatically with other users.
Because this app can involve recording voice and storing transcripts, we recommend that parents or guardians review the recording and privacy notice with younger users before they create an account or record a speech.
